Website activity

We record limited, non-identifying website activity such as pages viewed, rental-request or question buttons selected, referral website, and an anonymous browser-session identifier. We use this information to understand which rentals interest visitors and improve the website. This activity tracking does not collect names, email addresses, precise locations, or advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use this information to check availability, plan delivery and setup, communicate about your event, confirm pricing and payment arrangements, document agreements and safety acknowledgments, verify discounts or tax-exempt status, respond to incidents, and meet legitimate business, insurance, and legal recordkeeping needs.

How information is stored and shared

Booking and agreement records are stored electronically in our website’s protected business system. We do not sell customer information. We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the rental, process an approved payment, meet insurance requirements, comply with law, or protect customers and our business.

Retention and your choices

We retain rental and agreement records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, insurance, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may decline the optional photo release. To request access to or correction of your information, contact us.
